Prajaa
This was a passion project founded along with two of my Indonesian friends, Ferdy Tumakaka and Adit Kafrawi. Prajaa, derived from Sanskrit language, meaning "people" is a men's shoe line made by artisans in Bandung, Indonesia. We wanted to showcase our culture through modern shoe design, inspired by materials indigenous to many the islands of Indonesia. The campaign launch expressed the vision of our company through individuals with unique backgrounds and interests. What excited us the most was the altruistic angle behind our company — hiring people trying to get back to society and improving their lives through a creative outlet that results in the creation of beautifully made shoes.
